At Seraphina Treasures, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Seraphina Treasures packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
